These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FARRIN (the "Service"), operated by FARRIN-DATING ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using FARRIN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use FARRIN. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to create only one account per person and not to create a profile on behalf of someone else without their permission. Account registration includes phone number verification (OTP) to help confirm you are a real person.
FARRIN offers optional selfie-based identity verification. Verified accounts display a badge visible to other members. Verification helps build trust on the platform but does not guarantee the identity, intentions, or background of any member. See our Privacy Policy for details on how verification photos are used.
FARRIN offers the following subscription tiers, priced monthly:
Current features included in each tier are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Subscription tiers control access to features such as message volume, daily likes, video calls, and profile visibility — every tier includes unlimited messaging across the full Caribbean diaspora, with no separate fee to connect across countries or regions. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to your paid features until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

FARRIN's identity verification feature is intended to reduce fake profiles, but it does not constitute a background check and does not guarantee the safety, identity, or intentions of any member. You are responsible for exercising caution and good judgment when interacting with other members, including when meeting someone in person. We recommend meeting in public places and telling a friend or family member of your plans. FARRIN is not responsible for the conduct of any member, on or off the platform.
You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you post on FARRIN. By posting content, you grant FARRIN a limited license to display, store, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you upload.
The Passport feature allows members of the Caribbean diaspora to browse and connect with profiles across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean — outside their own home region. Cross-border browsing and messaging through Passport is included at every subscription tier, including the base tier, at no separate fee. Subscription tiers control the depth of features available (such as message volume, likes, and visibility) — not which regions or countries a member can connect across.
The FARRIN name, logo, and platform (including its design, features, and underlying technology) are the property of FARRIN-DATING and its technology partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over the platform or its components.
FARRIN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any member's information is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FARRIN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from your interactions with other members.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, with notice where practical.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of FARRIN after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
